・For flow rate less than 0.8 mL/min, manufactured at ±20% accuracy

LM-1C-J1 Series are standardized Leak Masters as shown on the table below.
A data sheet showing actually measured or calculated flows at the test pressure points in the table below will be enclosed.
This series are an ideal standard for the calibration of the air leak tester sensitivity.

＊Purchase the adapter and plug when connecting Leak Master between tested part and WORK port.
Use the LM-1AH for high pressure.
The pressure is available from 1 to 4.9 MPa. Check the specified flow at high pressure.
